Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application (“Apps”) developed by Jeffrey Michael Johnson (“Developer”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apps Covered

These terms apply to: PasteDrop, MeetingCost, Sentinel, PrayerMap, and any future apps published under the 87n1 developer account.

No Warranty

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (a) Your use or inability to use the Apps; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of your data; (c) Any interruption or cessation of functionality; (d) Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Apps. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps; use the Apps for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the Apps; redistribute or resell the Apps.

Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Some Apps may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store, App Store Connect API). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

In-App Purchases

Certain Apps offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

Updates and Changes

We may update the Apps or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
